Julia Bradbury

Julia Bradbury was born in Dublin to a Greek mother and a father from Derbyshire. In the early 1970s, her family relocated to the UK, eventually settling in Rutland, the country's smallest county. Julia's upbringing was shaped by her parents' business ventures, which led them to Sheffield, where she completed her education.

During her school years, Julia made her acting debut in the Crucible Theatre’s production of Peter Pan, sharing the stage with notable actresses Joanne Whalley and Paula Wilcox. Portraying a mermaid, she seized the opportunity to perform professionally while enjoying the unique experience of taking afternoons off from school.

After finishing her studies, Julia moved to London to stay with her friend Gina. Initially, she worked in the family fashion business before pursuing her passion for television. Over the years, Julia has made a significant mark in the industry as a television presenter and journalist. She is best known for hosting popular programs such as "Countryfile," "Wainwright Walks," and "The One Show."
