Sheila Sim
Sheila Sim stands out as one of Singapore's premier models, boasting an impressive international career that spans over a decade. Her modeling journey has taken her to key fashion hubs including Hong Kong, Tokyo, Milan, and Paris. Notably, she serves as the face of London-based designer Ashley Isham’s global campaigns and has collaborated with renowned luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Salvatore Ferragamo, Christian Dior, Giorgio Armani, Fendi, and Vera Wang. In a significant milestone in 2011, Sheila became SK-II’s inaugural brand ambassador from Singapore, joining the ranks of luminaries like Cate Blanchett and Tang Wei.
In addition to her modeling success, Sheila ventured into acting, making her television debut in the 2013 drama "I’m In Charge," where she portrayed a charmingly clueless character. This transition from modeling to acting has been fruitful, with her repertoire now featuring a variety of roles in productions such as the supernatural comedy "Mystic Whispers," the medical drama "You Can Be An Angel Too," the romantic film "LOVE?," and the long-running family series "118." Her performances in "118" and its sequel "1182" earned her nominations for Best Supporting Actress at the Star Awards in 2016 and 2018, culminating in her recognition as one of the Top 10 Most Popular Female Artistes at the Star Awards 2018.
