Reuben De Jong
Reuben de Jong is a versatile athlete from New Zealand, excelling as a heavyweight kickboxer, mixed martial artist, strongman, and professional wrestler, with Dutch heritage. He has made his mark in the strongman circuit by securing the title of New Zealand's professional strongman champion twice. De Jong showcased his skills in the K-1 Kings of Oceania in both 2006 and 2007, further cementing his reputation in the combat sports arena. He holds two national records in the farmer's walk and stone lifting, and he achieved a remarkable Guinness World Record for smashing through the most panes of glass in under one minute.
In 2011, De Jong transitioned to professional wrestling, signing with WWE under the ring name Russell Walker, although his tenure with the company was brief. He also gained recognition as a television actor and stunt performer, landing roles in productions such as Maddigan's Quest, Legend of the Seeker, and portraying Theokoles in Spartacus: Blood and Sand.
His wrestling career truly took off in 2010 when he joined Impact Pro Wrestling, quickly rising to prominence by winning the IPW New Zealand Heavyweight Championship just two months after his debut.
