Frank Smith is an accomplished performer with a rich educational background, having graduated from both the Brendan Smith Academy and the Focus Stanislavski Studio. His extensive experience spans across Ireland, showcasing his talents in comedy, classical theater, and contemporary drama, complemented by his adept improvisational skills.

In the mid-1990s, Frank honed his craft in animatronic puppeteering with RTÉ for the beloved children's television program, THE MORBEGS. His exceptional abilities caught the attention of the renowned JIM HENSON CREATURE SHOP, where he further developed his skills in London. This collaboration led him to work on the film adaptation of George Orwell’s ANIMAL FARM and contribute to various television productions for ITV.

Upon his return to Dublin, Frank portrayed Anthony Farrell in RTÉ’s long-running drama FAIR CITY. His television career has flourished, with notable appearances in recent series such as HARRY WILD (Acorn TV), KIN (Bron Studios), NORMAL PEOPLE (Element Pictures), and the festive film A ROYAL CORGI CHRISTMAS (Hallmark). Frank's diverse body of work and his commitment to his craft have solidified his reputation as a versatile and talented figure in the performing arts scene.
