Ursula "Uschi" Karnat is a German actress known for her work in both mainstream and adult films. Born in Germany, she initially trained as a beautician before transitioning into acting. Her on-screen debut came in 1971 with Jürgen Roland's semi-documentary film, *St. Pauli Report*, which marked the beginning of her diverse career.

Following her initial foray into film, Karnat gained notoriety through various softcore productions, including her role in the ninth installment of the *Schoolgirl Report* series. She eventually moved into hardcore adult cinema, where she achieved significant acclaim. Among her most notable performances are the titular roles in the third and fourth parts of *Josefine Mutzenbacher - Wie Sie wirklich war* (1982) and *Katharina and Her Wild Stallions* (1983). Over the span of nearly two decades, she appeared in around 150 films, both domestically and internationally.

In the late 1990s, Karnat transitioned from performing to hosting, presenting compilations of adult films on video. After stepping back from the adult film industry, she made occasional appearances as an extra in television series, including *Der Bulle von Tölz* and *Dr. Stefan Frank - The Doctor the Women Trust*.
