Emma Kennedy
Emma Kennedy, born Elizabeth Emma Williams on May 28, 1967, in Corby, Northamptonshire, is a multifaceted English television presenter, actress, and author. Her educational journey began at Hitchin Girls' School, followed by St Edmund Hall at the University of Oxford. While at Oxford, she collaborated with notable comedians Richard Herring and Stewart Lee in the comedy troupes the Seven Raymonds and The Oxford Revue, marking the onset of her career in entertainment.
Kennedy gained recognition as the host of Channel 4's The Real Holiday Show and made memorable appearances in various television comedies, including Goodness Gracious Me, This Morning With Richard Not Judy, and the beloved BBC series The Smoking Room. She also showcased her talent in Jonathan Creek and participated in The Mark Steel Lectures. Beyond acting, she served as a film critic on Five's Terry and Gaby Show and was a familiar face on Big Brother's Little Brother.
As a prolific writer, Kennedy's contributions span radio, television, and theatre.
