Indrikson began his acting journey at the Rakvere Theater, where he performed from 1972 to 1973. He subsequently joined the Endla Theater, contributing his talents from 1973 until 1986. After a brief hiatus, he showcased his versatility at the Vanalinna Studio from 1988 to 1992, where his performances were well-received and established him as a respected figure in the theater community.

In addition to his acting career, Indrikson held significant administrative roles. He served as the director of Tallinn Film from 1986 to 1988, where he influenced the local film landscape, and later took on the role of director at ETV from 1989 until his death in 1996.
