Paul Garner (born 1968/69) is a versatile English comedian, writer, producer, and director known for his sharp wit and creative storytelling. He is married to Kate, a talented singer-songwriter and daughter of Chas Hodges from the musical duo Chas & Dave.

Garner's career began in radio, where he collaborated with notable figures like Jo Bunting and Chris Morris at BBC Radio Cambridgeshire. In the mid-1990s, he hosted a comedy and music show on Chiltern Radio while contributing to BBC Radio 1 programs such as The Zoë Ball Breakfast Show and The Mark Tonderai Show. He showcased his writing skills with the satirical Australian soap opera spoof 'Strewth Street,' featured on The Kevin Greening Show.

Transitioning to television, Garner contributed to the acclaimed satirical series Brass Eye, both as a writer and performer.
