Travis Jay
Travis Jay is an accomplished stand-up comedian, actor, and radio host, recognized for his engaging performances and sharp wit. A nominee for the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year, Travis has made a significant mark in the comedy scene. His most recent show, **Travis Jay Live**, performed during the 2021/22 season, sold out at the prestigious Bloomsbury Theatre and was captured for a special release in 2022.
Travis has graced the stage at notable venues, including the iconic West End Palladium Theatre, where he participated in the **U Got Jokes Comedy** event. His career reached new heights when he shared the stage with legendary comedian Dave Chappelle during the **Dave Chappelle and Friends** show in 2018, which led to him supporting Chappelle on his London leg of the world tour. He made his Edinburgh Fringe debut in 2019 with the critically acclaimed show **Funny, Petty, Cool**, and in 2020, he toured with Kojo Anim, a winner of the "golden buzzer" on **Britain’s Got Talent**.
On screen, Travis is a familiar face on **Late Night Mash** (DAVE) and has contributed as a writer and voice actor for the rebooted **Spitting Image** (Britbox). His television credits include appearances on **Stand Up Sketch Show** (ITV2), **Mo Gilligan: Black, British & Funny** (Channel 4), and **Drunk History**. Currently, he portrays teacher Theo in the second series of **Princess Mirror-Belle** for CBBC and will soon be featured in **Deep Fake Neighbour Wars** for ITVX and **Supacell** on Netflix.
