Robert Oberst
Robert Oberst, born on December 20, 1984, is a prominent European-American businessman, entrepreneur, and former strongman athlete, widely recognized in the strength sports community. Known as "The American Monster," Oberst has made a significant mark in the strongman world with his dynamic brand, "Strong and Pretty," and his remarkable overhead strength, notably holding the U.S. record in the log lift.
Throughout his career, Oberst has made eight appearances at the World’s Strongest Man competition, reaching the grand finals twice, showcasing his exceptional talent and dedication to the sport. His athletic journey also includes a successful stint in MAS wrestling, where he remained unbeaten in 2013. Prior to his strongman career, Oberst played American football at Western Oregon University, where his athletic prowess began to take shape.
