Ria Zmitrowicz is a talented British actress celebrated for her exceptional contributions to both theatre and television. She gained significant acclaim for her performances, earning nominations from WhatOnStage and the Manchester Theatre Awards, and is notably recognized for her role as one of the victims in the BAFTA-winning BBC drama *Three Girls* (2017).

Born in Spain and raised across Berkshire, Surrey, and Hampshire, Zmitrowicz pursued her education at the Sixth Form College in Farnborough. At the age of sixteen, she joined the National Youth Theatre, which marked the beginning of her journey into the performing arts; she relocated to London at eighteen to further her career.

In 2013, Zmitrowicz portrayed Wilma Grey in the two-part ITV crime series *Murder on the Home Front* and secured a recurring role as Jodie in E4’s comedy-drama *Youngers*. The following year, she joined the cast of *The Midnight Beast* as Hope and played Sarah Ellis in ITV's period drama *Mr Selfridge*, a role she maintained for three seasons.

Her feature film debut came in 2015 with a minor part in *Kill Your Friends*. Zmitrowicz’s portrayal of Amber Bowen in *Three Girls* not only showcased her talent but also earned her recognition as a Breakthrough Brit at the BAFTA awards in 2018. More recently, she stars as Roxy Monke in the 2023 Amazon Prime adaptation of Naomi Alderman's acclaimed science fiction novel *The Power*.
