Jac Yarrow
Jac Yarrow, born on March 11, 1998, in Cardiff, Wales, is a distinguished stage actor and singer known for his remarkable contributions to musical theatre. A graduate of Arts Educational Schools, Yarrow first gained recognition for originating the role of Jack Kelly in the UK production of Disney’s *Newsies*. He completed his studies ahead of schedule in 2019.
His West End debut came later that year when he took on the iconic title role in *Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat* at the London Palladium, performing alongside stars like Jason Donovan and Sheridan Smith. This role earned him significant accolades, including a nomination for the Olivier Award for Best Actor in a Musical in 2020, a nomination at the WhatsOnStage Awards, and the title of The Stage's Best West End Debut in 2019.
Yarrow reprised his portrayal of Joseph during two Christmas seasons at the Palladium and again in the summer of 2021, this time featuring pop singer Alexandra Burke. His contribution to the role continued with a UK and Ireland tour and performances at the Princess of Wales Theatre in Toronto in 2023. In the same year, he shared the stage with Broadway legends Bernadette Peters and Lea Salonga in *Old Friends*, directed by Sir Matthew Bourne.
Yarrow further showcased his talent as the title character in the 50th Anniversary concert of *Pippin* at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, opposite Tony Award winner Alex Newell. Currently, he portrays Marius in *Les Misérables: The Arena Spectacular World Tour*, following a summer stint at the Sondheim Theatre in London.
On television, Yarrow made an impact as the rebellious Jamie Dalton in the BAFTA-winning drama *In My Skin* in 2020, with additional appearances in *Glow and Darkness*, *Musicals: The Greatest Show*, and as a guest performer on various popular British shows.
