Tatyana Ali
Tatyana Marisol Ali, born on January 24, 1979, is a multifaceted American actress and singer, celebrated for her iconic portrayal of Ashley Banks on the beloved sitcom *The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air*. Tatyana's journey into the world of entertainment began at the tender age of four when she urged her mother to take her to an audition for *Sesame Street*. By six, she had secured a regular spot on the PBS children's program, marking the start of her acting career.
Growing up in New York, Tatyana showcased her talent in various productions, including the Broadway play *Fences*, alongside legends like James Earl Jones and Billy Dee Williams. At just seven years old, she gained national attention by winning twice on *Star Search*. In pursuit of greater opportunities, she relocated to Los Angeles at eleven and soon landed her breakout role as Ashley Banks from 1990 to 1996.
