Kara Flowers
Kara Flowers was born and raised in Lyons, Kansas, where she embraced a multifaceted youth as an athlete, artist, and self-proclaimed tomboy. Cherished memories of summers spent at Lake Wilson with her family shaped her early years. Both of her parents hail from Kansas, grounding Kara in her local roots. Her passion for performance art ignited at the age of 13 after viewing the film SLAM, featuring poet Saul Williams, inspiring her to write and perform her own poetry.
In high school, Kara shifted her focus away from sports to excel as a competitor in Debate and Speech & Drama (Forensics). Her dedication paid off as she earned five State titles and advanced to National Semi-Finals twice with the National Forensic League. During this formative period, she found invaluable guidance from her high school debate coach, Mr. Troyer.
After completing her education at Kansas State University, where she continued to compete on the Collegiate Speech Team, Kara relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 2006 and pursued a law degree in 2010. Today, she thrives as an accomplished actor in film, television, and commercials, along with her work as a model and spokesperson. Kara’s diverse talents and relentless pursuit of excellence have established her as a notable figure in the performing arts.
