Tina WongLu

Tina WongLu, a Hakka American actress, was born in South Carolina and grew up in Brooklyn, NY. As a first-generation Chinese American, she celebrates her heritage, being the first in her family to immigrate from China. Fluent in English, Hakka, and Cantonese, Tina brings a unique perspective to her work in the arts.

In 2015, she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Brooklyn College. Alongside her acting career, Tina has ventured into filmmaking as a self-taught creator. Her most notable work is the 2018 film "Hacenta," for which she took on multiple roles as writer, producer, director, and editor under her production banner, TWsquaredproductions. This film stands as a testament to her dedication to pushing boundaries in storytelling, particularly through the lens of dark comedy. Tina aspires to expand her production company, focusing on creating more innovative skits that resonate with diverse audiences.

When she is not engaged in her creative pursuits, Tina channels her energy into training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, showcasing her commitment to both physical fitness and personal growth.
