Jacqueline Lourdes Corrales Blanco-Davao, widely known as Jackie Lou Blanco, was born on February 11, 1964, in the Philippines. She is a versatile actress and a certified aerobic instructor, celebrated for her contributions to the entertainment industry since the 1980s. Throughout her career, Blanco showcased her talent across various film genres, appearing in notable films such as "Palabra de Honor" (1983), "Misis Mo, Misis Ko" (1988), "Si Aida, Si Lorna, o Si Fe" (1989), and "Hihintayin Kita sa Langit" (1991).

Her television career began with her role as a co-host on the popular noontime show "Student Canteen" on GMA Network, where she entertained audiences from 1982 until its cancellation in 1986. She also became a beloved figure on the Sunday musical show "GMA Supershow." In 1999, Blanco gained widespread recognition for her compelling portrayal of the main antagonist in the ABS-CBN drama series "Saan Ka Man Naroroon."

In addition to her acting, Blanco co-hosted the long-running late-night variety program "Walang Tulugan" from 2008 to 2016 and starred in the sitcom "Vampire ang Daddy Ko," where she and her mother, Pilita Corrales, shared the role of Sonya Ventura.
