Ben Stillwell is a talented actor and writer known for his engaging performances across a variety of television series. He gained recognition for his recurring role as "Michael Siletti" in TNT's *Murder In the First*. His impressive portfolio includes appearances as "Zach" in *Teen Wolf*, "James" on *Grey's Anatomy*, "Nathan" in *Sullivan & Son*, and "Evan Braun" in *Criminal Minds*. Additionally, he showcased his versatility with roles like "Camden" in *Richie Rich*, "Todd" in the horror anthology film *Tales of Halloween*, and "Adam" in Cartoon Network's live-action pilot *Attention Students*. From a young age, Ben demonstrated his passion for writing, penning his first pilot script at 16, which was later read at Second City. By the age of 19, he had completed two additional pilots along with numerous sketch comedies and sitcom specs. His commitment to refining his craft is evident through his participation in the Improv Conservatory Program at Second City, alongside training at The Groundlings and LA Connection.

Outside of his acting and writing pursuits, Ben enjoys exploring new escape rooms and is an avid practitioner of parkour and free running, regularly training at various gyms in Los Angeles.
