Lincoln A. Castellanos
Lincoln A. Castellanos, hailing from Indio, California, discovered his passion for performance during his childhood, often captivating his family with impromptu shows. His parents recognized this talent early on, encouraging him to participate in Christmas productions at his Catholic school. This initial spark ignited a fervor for the arts, leading him to take on leadership roles in the Drama Club at Indio High School, where he earned the title of Best Actor in his final year.
His dedication paid off when he gained admission to UCLA's esteemed School of Theater, Film, & Television, where he honed his skills in acting, Shakespeare, on-camera techniques, and movement. Following his graduation, Lincoln channeled his creative energies into filmmaking, writing, directing, and starring in various short films. His professional debut came with a guest-starring role on CBS's "The Mentalist."
As a member of the Los Angeles chapter of Theater 68, Lincoln continued to refine his craft, appearing in the film "I Am Gangster" and earning the "Best Actor" award at the Santa Barbara Short Film Festival in 2013 for his role in "Square Circle Love Triangle."
Currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting at UCR, Lincoln gained widespread recognition in 2015 as Tobias on AMC's "Fear The Walking Dead." His character quickly resonated with audiences, contributing to the show’s record-setting debut season, which attracted over 13 million viewers. As anticipation builds for Season 2, the future of Lincoln's character remains a topic of much speculation.
