William J. Howard III, known affectionately as Bill, hails from Wilson, North Carolina. He has carved out a multifaceted career as a photographer, writer, director, and producer. Bill pursued his passion for storytelling and the written word at North Carolina State University, where he earned a degree in English Writing/Editing.

Since 1995, he has shared his life with his wife, Susan, and together they have raised three children: Turner, Julianne, and Cooper. The family also includes five beloved dogs, adding to the lively household.
