Prabhu Solomon

Prabhu Solomon is a prominent Indian filmmaker renowned for his significant contributions to Tamil cinema. Originating from Neyveli, Tamil Nadu, he currently resides in Valasaravakam, Chennai. Solomon's early years were marked by his enthusiasm for sports, particularly football, which he played during his time at St. Paul's Matriculation Higher Secondary School. However, his aspirations in athletics did not materialize, leading him to explore a career in filmmaking.

He began his journey in the film industry as an assistant director under the esteemed director Ahathian, who is celebrated for his work on the critically acclaimed film *Kadhal Kottai*, which garnered four national awards. Prabhu Solomon’s directorial debut came with the film *Kayal* in 2014, which showcased his distinctive storytelling style and earned him recognition in the industry.
