Chris Patrick-Simpson
Chris Patrick-Simpson was born in Canada but spent his formative years in Belfast, where his passion for acting was ignited by a remarkable drama teacher during his secondary education. This mentorship set him on a trajectory toward a professional career in the performing arts. After completing school, Chris auditioned for the prestigious Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, where he graduated in 2000.
Since launching his career, Chris has consistently pursued opportunities to work alongside some of the industry's most respected directors across film, television, and theater. His film credits include notable works such as the acclaimed *The Magdalene Sisters* (Momentum), *The Boxer* (Universal), and *Fifty Dead Men Walking* (Brightlight Pictures). He also starred in *Good Vibrations* (Revolver Films) and *71* (Warp Films), along with *Shooting for Socrates* (New Black Films). His versatility as an actor was further showcased in the comedic feature *Mrs Brown's Boys D'Movie* (Universal Pictures) and most recently in *High Rise*, directed by Ben Wheatley.
