Scott Dunn

Scott Dunn, a Korean-American filmmaker hailing from Illinois, has cultivated a diverse career in the entertainment industry. From an early age, Scott engaged in filmmaking, often collaborating with friends on various projects. Following his high school graduation, he embarked on an acting career in Chicago, eventually making his way to Los Angeles, where he landed a significant role in a three-episode storyline on Disney XD’s “Kickin’ It.”

After gaining experience through a variety of short films and webisodes, Scott returned to his passion for directing and producing. His debut feature, “Schlep,” garnered critical acclaim, winning the Best Comedy/Dramedy award at the Hollywood Boulevard Film Festival and receiving five nominations at the FirstGlance Film Festival. Scott's ability to weave humor and heartfelt storytelling into his work has set him apart in the indie film scene.

Scott's second feature, “Mandao of the Dead,” showcased his multifaceted talent as he wrote, directed, edited, produced, and starred in the film. This project further solidified his reputation as a versatile creator dedicated to exploring unique narratives. With each new endeavor, Scott Dunn continues to make his mark in cinema, blending his artistic vision with a distinct voice that resonates with audiences.
