Uriel Baldesco, born on March 31, 2001, in Tacloban, Philippines, is a talented Filipino-American actress who has made significant strides in the entertainment industry. Relocating to the United States at a young age, Uriel discovered her passion for acting during her teenage years. She honed her craft through theater classes and attended a performing arts high school, where she immersed herself in theatrical studies while managing her education with an online program from Florida Virtual School (FLVS).

Uriel's breakthrough role came as Lucia Baxter in Nickelodeon's sci-fi series, I Am Frankie, which aired from 2017 and spanned 35 episodes. This role catapulted her to international fame and showcased her acting prowess to a wider audience.
