Monica Galetti

Monica Galetti (née Faʻafiti), born in August 1975 in Samoa, is a prominent New Zealand chef celebrated for her culinary expertise and television presence. As the chef-owner of the acclaimed restaurant Mere in London, she has garnered recognition for her innovative approach to fine dining. Galetti honed her skills as senior sous-chef at the prestigious Le Gavroche, a Michelin-starred establishment in London renowned for its classic French cuisine.
