His stand-up comedy has graced prominent platforms including "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," Comedy Central's "Premium Blend," and NBC's "Late Friday." In 2001, his acclaimed one-man show, "Taught," earned a spot at the prestigious HBO U.S. Comedy Arts Festival held in Aspen, Colorado.

Conroy's writing credits include contributions to Comedy Central's "Shorties Watching Shorties" and "Crossballs," showcasing his versatility in comedy.
