Scott Rayow, also known by his stage name Scottie Ray, is a prominent American voice actor recognized for his extensive contributions to the animation and video game industries. His career spans several notable companies, including NYAV Post, DuArt Film and Video, 4Kids Entertainment, and Central Park Media.

Rayow gained widespread acclaim for his role as Zane Truesdale in the popular anime series Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, where he showcased his talent for bringing dynamic characters to life.
