Laura Hughes
Laura Hughes is an accomplished actress and a proud alumna of Queen’s University, Belfast. She has made significant contributions to the theatre scene, with noteworthy performances in productions such as "Romeo and Juliet" at the Lyric Theatre Belfast and "Department Store" with Big Telly. Her versatility shines through in her role in "Dear Arabella," also at the Lyric Theatre, and in the compelling production "Women On The Verge of HRT" produced by GBL Productions and Andrew’s Lane.
In addition to her theatrical endeavors, Laura has established a strong presence in film and television. She appeared in "In the Land of Saints and Sinners," available on Netflix, and played a role in the BBC series "Blue Lights." Her impressive portfolio includes "As If There Were Trees," produced by Black North Productions, and the gripping series "Dalgliesh" from New Pictures airing on Channel 5. Other notable television credits include "Three Families," "The Fall," "The Woman in White," "Line of Duty" (BBC), as well as "A Deal’s a Deal" and "The Clinic" on RTÉ. She also showcased her talent in the ITV series "Frankenstein Chronicles" and the film "Good Vibrations," produced by Revolution Films. Laura continues to captivate audiences with her dynamic performances across various mediums.
