William Joseph "Billy" Baldwin, born on February 21, 1963, is a versatile American actor, producer, and writer renowned for his compelling performances in various films and television series. Baldwin gained significant recognition for his roles in major films such as *Flatliners* (1990), *Backdraft* (1991), *Sliver* (1993), and *Fair Game* (1995). He also starred in *Virus* (1999) and *Double Bang* (2001). Voicing the character Johnny 13 in the animated series *Danny Phantom* from 2004 to 2007, Baldwin showcased his diverse talents.
