Niharika Singh

Niharika Singh, originally from Delhi and raised in Kolkata, has experienced a diverse upbringing across India due to her father's career in civil services. Demonstrating academic excellence from a young age, she earned her engineering degree from IIT Delhi and subsequently pursued an MBA at IIM Bangalore. Niharika began her professional journey at McKinsey & Company in Mumbai, where she honed her skills before moving on to leadership roles at Treebo Hotels.

In March 2019, a pivotal moment arrived when a friend introduced her to ONE Championship, the premier global mixed martial arts (MMA) organization. Though initially unfamiliar with the realms of sports, media, and product technology, Niharika quickly became captivated by ONE’s ambitious vision and culture. Her passion and determination led her to pursue a position within the company, and her efforts paid off.

Today, Niharika holds the prestigious title of Senior Vice President at ONE Championship, making her one of the few Indians to achieve such a significant role in the MMA industry. Her journey reflects a blend of academic prowess, adaptability, and a relentless pursuit of her passions, positioning her as a notable figure in the evolving landscape of sports management.
