Michael James Shaw, born on September 16, 1986, in New York City, is an accomplished American actor and writer. He gained widespread recognition for his role as FBI Agent Daryl, often referred to as "Mike," in the hit television series Limitless. Shaw’s talent was further showcased in his portrayal of Papa Midnite in the supernatural drama Constantine. He has also appeared in various short films, including Don-o-mite and Today _ _ cks, and played Marcellus in the acclaimed miniseries Roots.

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Shaw made a significant impact by portraying Corvus Glaive in the blockbuster films Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, which contributed to his rise in popularity among action and superhero film enthusiasts.
