Janine Ditullio, hailing from Massachusetts, embarked on her career in the vibrant comedy scene of Boston, gracing stages at venues such as Catch a Rising Star and the Comedy Studio. In the late 1990s, she expanded her reach by performing at Spin Cycle Comedy nights in New York City.

Notably, Ditullio made history as the first female writer for both The Jon Stewart Show in 1994 and Late Night with Conan O'Brien from 1995 to 2001, where she played a pivotal role in crafting the nightly monologue. Her talent continued to shine as she contributed her writing skills to Late Night with Jimmy Fallon in 2010 and took on the role of writing director for the animated series Superjail! in 2012.
