Simon Chin

Simon Chin, born on February 26, 1975, in Montreal, Quebec, is a distinguished Canadian actor. At a young age, his family relocated to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where he later pursued a Certificate in Business Administration at the University of Saskatchewan. However, it was a trip to Universal Studios that ignited his passion for acting, as he caught a glimpse of his childhood idol, Arnold Schwarzenegger, filming Kindergarten Cop in 1990.

Before making his on-screen debut, Simon gained valuable experience in the film industry by taking on various crew roles, including set security, production assistant, and extras wrangler. His perseverance paid off when he landed his first speaking role in the romantic comedy Just Friends, released in 2005.

Since then, Simon has built a robust career in film and television, showcasing his versatility across different genres.
