Lily Ball
Lily Ball is an accomplished art historian and educator with a focus on teaching English as a foreign language. She earned her Master’s degree from the University of Southern California, where her passion for art and history began to take shape. From a young age, Lily developed a keen interest in found objects and their cultural narratives. This curiosity propelled her to explore the ancient world, particularly the Mayan civilization. Her dedication to this field led her to Belize, where she engaged in an archaeological excavation of a historic Mayan ball court, allowing her to gain hands-on experience and deepen her understanding of ancient artifacts.
Additionally, Lily spent a transformative year in Japan, immersing herself in East Asian art studies, which further broadened her artistic perspective. Apart from her academic pursuits, she is also an avid martial arts practitioner and shares her skills with others by teaching martial arts in her free time. Lily Ball’s diverse background and experiences reflect her commitment to both art history and cultural education, making her a prominent figure in her field.
