Zoë Eeles
Zoë Eeles, born in 1975 in Dumfries, Scotland, relocated to Glasgow at the age of five. She hails from a creative family; her father, Bert, worked as a film editor, while her mother, Donalda, pursued a career as an actress. Eeles earned her Higher National Certificate in theatre arts and later obtained a degree in drama from Queen Margaret College in Edinburgh. After moving to London, she embarked on her acting journey, taking on minor roles in both film and theatre, including a nurse in the Charlie Sheen film Obit (also known as Postmortem).
Her significant breakthrough came with her portrayal in the BBC sitcom All Along the Watchtower, where she captured the audience's attention. In 2000, Eeles further established her career by landing a prominent role alongside Christopher Ellison in Burnside, a spin-off of the well-known police drama The Bill. She continued to shine in the television landscape with notable performances, including her role as Karen in Lucy Sullivan Is Getting Married, as Tina, Noel Clarke's love interest in the fourth series of Auf Wiedersehen, Pet, and as Annie Craig in Rockface.
