Dina Tasbulatova

Dina Tasbulatova, born on January 1, 1988, in the Zhambyl region of Kazakhstan, hails from a family deeply rooted in the medical profession, with her father serving as an anesthesiologist and her mother as a dentist. She pursued her passion for the arts, graduating in 2010 with a degree in Philology from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Further honing her skills, she specialized in documentary filmmaking at the T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, earning her degree in 2013.

Tasbulatova’s film career took off with her debut feature, *Ümitiñdi üzbe* (*Don't Lose Hope*), which garnered attention at the Eurasia Film Festival. In addition to her work in film, she has made a name for herself as the host of the popular TV show *Profilm* and as the creator and director of the *Artfocus* program, showcasing her versatility in the entertainment industry.
