Tiffany Tenille
Tiffany Tenille is a talented storyteller whose cinematic vision often explores darker themes, particularly focusing on the tumultuous coming-of-age experiences of young women on the verge of emotional breakdown. Her directorial debut, *Albion Rose*, is a poignant exploration of this theme and has received significant acclaim. The film won The Future of Film is Female post-production grant and the Phenomenal Person in Film Award from Cinema Femme, while also being praised by RogerEbert.com as “utterly mesmerizing.” It premiered at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, marking a significant milestone in her career.
Originally hailing from Chicago, Tenille earned her BFA in Acting from The Theatre School at DePaul University. She gained notable recognition for her powerful performance in Numa Perrier's *Jezebel*, where her portrayal of the lead character was met with critical acclaim during its world premiere at the South by Southwest (SXSW) festival. Following its theatrical release and availability on Netflix, Tenille solidified her status as an emerging talent in the film industry.
Currently, she is debuting her second short film, *A Woman’s Body*, while also working on *The Petticoat Suite*, a developing art house project dedicated to soft cinema and evocative storytelling that resonates across different generations.
