Rebecca Fraiser
Rebecca Fraiser, hailing from Jackson, Mississippi, discovered her passion for performance at a tender age, engaging in local community theater. Recognizing her calling for a career in entertainment, she made the bold decision to relocate to Hollywood. Upon her arrival in Los Angeles, she began her acting education under the guidance of renowned instructor Arthur Mendoza, who suggested she might excel as a singer due to her impressive vocal talent. Nevertheless, Rebecca remained dedicated to honing her acting skills, studying at several prestigious institutions throughout the city.
Her breakthrough came when acclaimed director Sofia Coppola cast her in the film *Somewhere*. In 2013, while attending Playhouse West, she seized the chance to audition for a pilot produced by James Franco's production company and secured a role in *Acting Class*, a comedic portrayal of aspiring actors in Hollywood.
Rebecca garnered significant recognition in 2015 when she was featured as an "Up and Rising Star" at the Cannes Film Festival. That same year, she made her television debut in HBO's *Project Greenlight*, appearing in one of the top ten finalist films. She starred in the post-apocalyptic film *Drifter*, directed by Chris von Hoffmann, which was released on February 24, 2017. Recently, she wrapped filming on a television pilot in late 2016 and is set to lead two feature films in production between 2017 and 2018.
