Tooske Ragas
Antonia Grietje "Tooske" Ragas-Breugem, born on June 3, 1974, in Zwolle, Netherlands, is a prominent Dutch actress and television presenter. She gained notable recognition for her role as a stewardess in Theo van Gogh's film "06/05," which addresses the assassination of politician Pim Fortuyn. Her early career began in 1995 with her appearance on the "Soundmixshow," and she later became a well-known video jockey (VJ) at TMF Netherlands and MTV from 1998 to 2002.
Tooske's journey in the entertainment industry includes winning the title of Miss Overijssel in 1996 and achieving fourth place in the Miss Netherlands competition. She co-hosted the Dutch and German versions of the popular talent show "Idols," working alongside Reinout Oerlemans and Marco Schreyl, respectively.
In 2005, after moving to AVRO, she hosted several television programs, including the "Junior Songfestival" and "Help, ik word vader!" In 2006, she transitioned to SBS, where she presented "Je wordt bedankt" and "Het beste idee van Nederland."
On the personal front, Tooske has experienced significant life events, including her marriage to American Keith Davis in 2002, followed by her 2005 marriage to Dutch actor Bastiaan Ragas, her co-star in the musical "3 Musketiers." Together, they have three daughters: Helena, Feline, and Catharina. While she is widely recognized in the Netherlands as Tooske Breugem, in Germany, she is known as Tooske Ragas.
