Shortly after, he relocated to Pasadena, California, to pursue his passion for acting and football at Pasadena City College. His dedication to the craft led him to further his studies at the esteemed Ruskin Theatre.

In 2017, Cody made a significant breakthrough in his career by landing a lead role in the independent film "Varsity Punks."
