Jonas Jacobsen

Jonas Jacobsen, the youngest of four siblings, was raised in Flensburg, Northern Germany, amidst a Danish minority community. His father served as a minister for the Danish church, while his Swedish mother dedicated her time to nurturing their family. His curiosity about the world intensified during a year-long exchange program in Australia, sparking a desire to explore diverse cultures and languages.

After completing high school, Jonas embarked on a series of worldwide travels, enriching his understanding of various societies. This journey ultimately led him to Copenhagen, where he immersed himself in the vibrant underground theatre scene, honing his craft as an actor. Although he briefly explored architecture at the Royal Academy of Architecture in Copenhagen, his true passion for performance prevailed.

Jonas was eventually accepted into the esteemed National Academy of Theatre in Oslo, Norway. Over the course of three transformative years, he refined his acting skills and deepened his artistic vision. His dedication to his craft has since paved the way for a successful career in the performing arts. With a rich background and a wealth of experiences, Jonas Jacobsen has become a notable figure in contemporary theatre, recognized for his compelling performances and contributions to the cultural landscape.
