Krystal Ball

Krystal Marie Ball, born on November 24, 1981, is a prominent American political commentator and media personality known for her insightful analyses and engaging discussion style. Ball has had a diverse career, initially stepping into the political arena as the Democratic nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional district during the 2010 election, where she faced off against Republican incumbent Rob Wittman.

Her media career includes significant roles as a television host, particularly with MSNBC, where she co-hosted the show The Cycle from June 2012 until July 2015. She has also contributed regularly to The Huffington Post and made guest appearances across various platforms, including CNN, CNBC, and Fox News, showcasing her versatility and appeal in political discourse.

In May 2021, Ball, alongside co-host Saagar Enjeti, transitioned from The Hill's Rising to launch their independent venture, Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar, further establishing their influence in the media landscape.
