Fiona Dolman hails from Findhorn, Scotland, where she was born to Rosemary and Gordon Dolman. At the age of 15, her family relocated to Gibraltar due to her father's assignment with the Royal Air Force. During her teenage years, Fiona showcased her athletic prowess by clinching titles at the Gibraltar RAF women's windsurfing championships, earning accolades at just 16 and 17 years old. As the youngest in her family, she demonstrated both talent and determination from an early age.
