He has made significant contributions to major wrestling promotions, including Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), World Championship Wrestling (WCW), and the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), before later taking on roles in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) as both a performer and manager.
Throughout his illustrious career, Douglas has claimed multiple prestigious championships, achieving the status of a five-time world champion, which includes four reigns as the ECW World Heavyweight Champion and one as the NWA World Heavyweight Champion. His prowess continued with a championship win at a Pro Wrestling All-Stars of Detroit event in 2017, where he became the Pro Wrestling All-Stars Heavyweight Champion.
In addition to his in-ring accomplishments, Douglas ventured into film, producing and starring in the 2013 movie "Pro Wrestlers vs Zombies."
