Tim Dunigan, born on August 2, 1955, in St. Louis, Missouri, is an accomplished American actor recognized for his contributions to television in the 1980s and early 1990s. He gained fame for his role as Captain Power in the innovative series "Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future" (1987), a show that combined live-action and advanced special effects. Dunigan reprised his role in the TV movie "Captain Power: The Beginning" (1990). Additionally, he made a notable appearance in the series "Mr. Smith" (1983), further solidifying his presence in the entertainment industry.

Dunigan's career also included a memorable performance as Face in the pilot of "A-Team" (1983); however, he was later replaced by Dirk Benedict, as producers felt he appeared too youthful for the role of a Vietnam veteran.
