Bartu Küçükçağlayan
Bartu Küçükçağlayan, born on April 23, 1983, in Eskişehir, Turkey, is a multifaceted talent known for his contributions as both a musician and an actor. He began his artistic journey at the Istanbul University State Conservatory, which he entered in 2001. Küçükçağlayan's early acting endeavors included participation in the Kent Players’ production of "Captain from Inishmore" in 2004, showcasing his budding talent. He also performed in the play "Gambler's Choice" from 2005 to 2007, establishing himself in the theater scene.
Küçükçağlayan made his television debut in 2004 and appeared in several series, including "June Night," "Çapkın," and "Binbir Gece." His performance in the play "The Shape of Things" during the 2007-2008 season earned him critical acclaim, and he later gained popularity as Orçun in the hit series "Yalan Dünya" from 2012 to 2014. In 2018, he starred in the web series "Innocent," further expanding his portfolio. His role as Mertkan in the film "The Majority" garnered him the Best Actor award at the prestigious 47th Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival.
In addition to his acting career, Küçükçağlayan is the lead vocalist and guitarist for the band Büyük Ev Ablukada, performing under the alias Monster Banavar. During the COVID-19 lockdown in March 2020, he innovated the online entertainment space with his Instagram series "Force Majeure," which resonated with thousands of viewers and became a viral sensation.
