**Biography of Tuesday Thomas**

Often referred to as "The Punk Rock Dolly Parton," Tuesday Thomas has journeyed through life as a modern-day nomad, roaming across the United States and keenly observing the human experience. Her battles with severe anxiety and PTSD have shaped her unique perspective, and her quirky sense of humor has been her lifeline through challenging times. Embracing her role as an outsider, Tuesday has always preferred to march to the beat of her own drum.

Her creative endeavors have garnered significant recognition, particularly with her short film "Catastrophe Anthem," which won the Silk Road Award at Cannes and received official selections at both Slamdance and the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival. Her comedy special, "Tuesday’s Trash," is available on Amazon Prime, and a forthcoming documentary titled "The Trash Goes Out on Tuesday" is set to release next fall.

In addition to her film work, Tuesday is the producer and host of Los Angeles' acclaimed underground dark comedy variety show, "Freak Show," which has been running for over eight years and has expanded to 16 other cities. A graduate of prestigious institutions like The Groundlings, IO, Second City, and UCB, she has also made a name for herself on platforms such as VH1, MTV, E!, and BBC World of Weird. Known as the “Tik Tok Tranma,” she leverages her experiences as an out trans woman to inspire others, performing regularly at venues like The Comedy Store, Laugh Factory, and Punchline, as well as engaging with audiences in unexpected public spaces.
