Shen Yue, born on February 27, 1997, in Shaoyang, Hunan Province, China, is a versatile actress, singer, and model renowned for her captivating performances in youth-oriented and romantic television dramas. She completed her studies in Journalism and Communications at Hunan Normal University in 2018, shortly before her career took off after a photographer shared her image online, leading to her participation in the reality show Summer Sweetie.

Shen's acting career began with a role in the drama Autumn Harvest Uprising, but it was her performance in the 2018 reboot of Meteor Garden as Dong Shancai that truly propelled her to stardom.
