Arsema Thomas
Arsema Thomas, originally from Atlanta, Georgia, has spent a significant portion of her life in various countries across sub-Saharan Africa, including Uganda, Kenya, Togo, and Benin. This diverse upbringing, coupled with her Nigerian father and Ethiopian mother, fostered her passion for acting as a means of storytelling. Arsema earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University in 2016, followed by a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from Yale University in 2018.
After completing her education, she relocated to South Africa, where she successfully auditioned for an agent and landed her first professional role on screen. This marked the beginning of her acting career, as she began to explore her talents in the entertainment industry. In 2020, Arsema took a significant step in her artistic journey by enrolling at the prestigious London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) in the UK, where she is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Professional Acting.
Throughout her career, Arsema has garnered recognition for her dedication to her craft and her unique ability to convey powerful narratives through performance.
