Jaan Tootsen

Tootsen has made significant contributions to Estonian media since 2000, particularly with his work at Estonian National Broadcasting. He has served as a long-standing editor for the popular radio program "Ööülikool," which has garnered a dedicated audience for its engaging content. His expertise and cultural insight were recognized when he held the position of cultural advisor to the President of Estonia, Toomas Hendrik Ilves, from 2012 to 2016.
