Helen Skelton
Helen Skelton embarked on her broadcasting journey at just 22, becoming one of the youngest presenters for the BBC Radio Network's breakfast show. Her talents soon led her to CBBC, where she took on the role of presenter for the popular children's news program, Newsround.
One of her most prominent positions has been as a host on the iconic children's program, Blue Peter, where she endeared herself to audiences with her enthusiastic and engaging style. Over the years, Helen has become a recognizable figure at the BBC, notably covering two Olympic Games in 2012 in London and 2016 in Rio de Janeiro. Additionally, she has showcased her expertise in sports by presenting major swimming events, including the World, Commonwealth, and European Championships.

Since 2012, she has been a valued member of the Countryfile team, sharing her love for nature and rural life with viewers. In 2013, she expanded her horizons further by co-presenting Holiday Hit Squad on BBC 1, which allowed her to indulge her wanderlust. Currently, she is the host of The Instant Gardener, which recently completed its second series on BBC Daytime, continuing to inspire viewers with her gardening insights and enthusiasm.
